I seek to Capture life as it happens in front of me, the real, the intimate, and all of the emotions that convey the human experience. I am a witness to so much beauty and grace each day, and find myself always captivated by light, hope, and joy. For some, the delicate moments are hard to see; it is my mission to show the magnificence of life in every image I take.

I'm a Texas-born, Louisiana-raised, kindhearted, compassionate soul now calling New York City home. After studying advertising as an undergrad, I picked up a camera and began photographing the things that I loved the most: my wife, our beloved dog, and our new life in New York. I find myself drawn to simple moments, inspired by locations and landscapes at each new destination. You can find me at a wedding with many cameras hanging around my neck, from the latest digital cameras to my favorite hand-wound film camera, a Rolleiflex.

I live by the motto that Beauty is all around. Beauty and being inspired by art, design, and the delicate nature of harmony are the driving forces behind all that I pursue. I have a special appreciation for the lush things in life, reveling in the materiality of this marvelous world. Whether it's nourishing food, fine garments, or a well-appointed home, I enjoy life and all its incumbent pleasures.

I began my multifaceted journey first in apparel design. Then, at the age of 23, I launched a millinery label, designing and creating made-to-order hats for women across the globe, eventually having my work gracing the pages of Vogue, W Mag, Harpers Bazaar, InStyle, and worn by many iconic women from Jane Fonda, Streisand, Naomi Campbell, and Gaga to name a few. After a decade, I decided to move on from design to study the realms of health that intrigue me the most: holistic nutrition, wellness coaching, and pilates.

All along, I've worked side-by-side with Trent documenting the beauty of life as it unfolds in front of our cameras. On the wedding day, I serve as part creative director and part assistant, while capturing images exclusively on 35mm film. Through my distinctive approach, I seek to create moments of joy, intimacy, and the authenticity of the beauty that abounds on a wedding day.
